"I was excited to get this and..."
I was excited to get this and thought it would be a cute personalized item. Then I opened it and, yeah, my whole mood changed. The name was spelled wrong, and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Disappointing.

"Nice at first, but not as sturdy as I hoped"
I thought this looked nice when it arrived, and the email receipt/order updates were all easy enough to keep track of. After using it a bit, though, some parts started to feel kind of cheap and not as solid as I expected. It’s not terrible for the price, but I was hoping it would hold up a little better

I feel like I paid too much for this. It looked fine, like it looked okay, but the quality just didn’t feel anything special to me. For the price, I expected more. I wouldn’t buy it again at this cost

I was waited a little while before customer service get back to me. They did helps me in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but it just feel kind of slow. I just wish they was quicker with the reply

"I ordered flowers for a birthday, but they..."
I ordered flowers for a birthday, but they ended up showing up a Day late, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. The tracking barely updated, so I had no clue where the order was most of the time. When the flowers finally arrived they looked alright, nothing terrible, but the shipping part was Really frustrating. Customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly. Not the worst experience ever, but I Definitely expected better
